How It Works
1. Book Your Ride
Visit our website or call us to make your booking. Ensure all passenger details are accurate, as the Lead Party is responsible for the group.
2. Receive Confirmation
After payment, you’ll get an email with your booking confirmation. This serves as your ticket and must be presented during your journey.
3. Plan for Extras
If you need child seats, extra luggage, or accommodations for wheelchairs, let us know during booking. Small pets are allowed in private vehicles if pre-booked.
4. Modify or Cancel
Changes and cancellations are free if made at least 48 hours before travel. For late cancellations (less than 48 hours), refunds are not available.
5. Enjoy Your Journey
Arrive on time with your confirmation and enjoy your transfer. Contact us if you face any issues or need assistance during your trip.
1. Contract and Parties
By booking transport services, you (the “Lead Party”) and all passengers listed on the booking confirmation form a contract with Marina Beach S.L. or its suppliers. Agents booking on behalf of passengers act as their representatives.
2. Booking and Payment
– Bookings can be made online or by phone. The Lead Party must be at least 18 years old and accepts these terms on behalf of the group.
– Full payment is required at booking. A confirmation email will be sent, which serves as your ticket and must be presented for travel.
– It is the Lead Party’s responsibility to check booking details and notify Marina Beach S.L. of errors promptly.
3. Wheelchairs and Special Equipment
– Folding manual wheelchairs are accepted if advised during booking. Specially adapted vehicles for mobility scooters or sports equipment must be pre-booked.
4. Baggage
– Each passenger is allowed one medium suitcase and one small hand luggage item. Extra or oversized items (e.g., golf clubs, skis) must be pre-booked and may incur additional charges.
– Small pets (under 15kg) in proper carriers are permitted in private vehicles if pre-booked.
5. Changes and Cancellations
– Changes and cancellations are free if made at least 48 hours before travel. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.
6. Conditions of Carriage
– Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or displaying disruptive behavior, may be refused travel without a refund.
– Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited on all vehicles.
– While all efforts are made to meet schedules, delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events may occur. Marina Beach S.L. is not liable for such delays.
7. Liability
– Marina Beach S.L. acts as an agent for suppliers and is not liable for issues caused by third-party services. Liability is limited to twice the cost of the booking, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Complaints
– Complaints should be directed to the supplier during travel. For unresolved issues, email: [email protected].
9. Travel Insurance
– Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellations, baggage loss, and other travel-related issues.
10. Governing Law
– These terms are governed by Spanish law, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
11. Flight Delays
– In case of delayed flights, Marina Beach S.L. will attempt to accommodate you but may not hold vehicles beyond a reasonable waiting time.
12. Privacy
– Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available upon request or on our website.
